The order matters. Before I recommend SEO, a new website, or anything else, I want to know what is actually getting in the way.
I review your website, how you are showing up in search, your Google Business Profile when it matters, and how leads are reaching you now. Then I give you the findings in writing: what is working, what is getting in the way, and what I think is worth fixing first. You keep it either way.
I put the problems in priority order and explain what I would fix, what it involves, and why it matters. If the biggest problem is something I do not handle, I will tell you that. That is the point of doing the audit before I quote the work.
Not at launch. Not in month three. Before anything is built or written, so we have a baseline and can see what changes afterward.
SEO takes time. That is true, and it is also an easy excuse when things are not working. So at 30 and 60 days I compare results against what I told you to expect. If we are behind, I will tell you why before you have to ask.
Everything built during the engagement is yours. If you end the retainer, the site, the content, the tracking configuration, and the reporting stay with you. There is nothing to unwind and nothing held hostage.
The audit is free, and the findings are yours to keep. If I think the real problem is something I do not handle, I will tell you that too.
